The questionnaires are designed to evaluate the perceived morphology of robots. The set of questionnaires comprises three distinct surveys: one for evaluating perceived anthropomorphism, another for perceived zoomorphism, and a third for perceived technomorphism. Each questionnaire is composed of 12 items, with three items dedicated to each assessed dimension of morphologies. These dimensions align with the taxonomy of Onnasch & Roesler, 2021, covering appearance, context, movement, and communication.
The purpose of this set of questionnaires is to provide the broader scientific community with a reliable and validated tool for assessing the morphology of robots.

>>>> Recommended Usage: Each questionnaire can be used to evaluate people’s overall perception of the anthropomorphic, zoomorphic, and technomorphic design of robots by calculating the mean score of all 12 items. Furthermore, individual scales each with 3 items can be selected for each dimension to assess them independently.
